Just changed to EE from Virgin and having issues with connecting HP Deskjet 4130e printer wirelessly, tried all the things listed on another thread.
Also cant connect to our server which is a synology NAS, changed the IP address on the server to the new EE address and still wont connect, a very frustrating experience thinking changing would be easy....any help appreciated.

Thanks
Getting an engineer out tomorrow as its finally given up the ghost with a red light coming on "Los"
It shouldn't be this difficult to change providers, if I had known it was this disruptive to our business I would have stayed put with Virgin, see what tomorrow brings

@Glyn_Millsom LOS red as well now, the Fibre is down connection wise, bit off a torrid time so to say, can be that way when jumping especially going the way you have with a complex EE WiFi 7 Hub, you may even find it's possible all to do with your wifi optimiser addon that never works, who knows hopefully the EE Guide sort's it all out for you, RED LOS call EE again that's a OR Openreach look at Fibre wise, but you can try the ONT off for 5 minutes to see if that recovers!
