Hi, is there an update or even better a solution?
Most of my appliances cannot from time to time get a wi fi signal. Alexa however can still work.

Actually I've used a Draytek for years but I have to run it behind the SH2 these days because of DV.
Edit: Yes, Asus have always been good but based on other Asus kit I'm using, I don't think they're as good as they used to be.

@Denzel99 Did the same with my Asus also behind, always router mode never worried about the double NAT, back to the old sky as you know now, have ditched there router once i new network was stable and it is, Asus is up front and centre on the ONT now but had to drop to wireless AI mesh due to the good lady and the furniture move around as they do from time to time once that brain fart gets there and the cables no longer reach. It is what it is!
Could be the case with the kit, wi-fi 6 myself, not going any higher either until it packs in and dies the death!

@Mitutoyo If you are struggling to find your line Up/Down speeds, use the link below, address checker option fill the require fields postcode, number street etc and then the table will show you what it expects it to be.
you currently have 27Mb/s down but your Up is bad at 1.2Mb/s.... Those may be accurate figures from OR so do not know!

@Mitutoyo Your posting was renamed to Wi-Fi signal issues as a new heading.

@Mitutoyo : For clarity & ease of following, your tacked-on sub-thread has been separated into its own thread, as you sensibly did on the BT Community, together with having your router stats here where we can all see them & not there.

@Mitutoyo :What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.

I used the address checker

Thanks!
Surprise was expressed on 1 forum or another at the slowness of your upstream speed but that BTw Checker confirms it is expected to be slow (> 1.2 & < 2.1 Meg). OTOH you beat the best estimate for downstream speed (< 23.8 Meg) by nearly 4 Meg.
So, all in all, your BB speeds are fine & your issue lies entirely within your local WiFi connections.
