Disconnect charge

This is a disgrace I was told there would be no disconnection charge to go to BT as advised by EE but just to check next week. The money has been taken out today leaving me 56 overdrawn

@Debbiecauser There is no disconnection charge, it is more than likely the cross billing with the billing cycles that are in place until BT get the final bill all sorted and then any over payment refunded. EE take and bill as soon as the system is activated by them, bill produced and DD take 7-8 days later, BT keep billing until the finalise everything and then refund but that may be up to 60 day's. You DO need to go or check that the BT to EE switch happened good, if you don't see that BT account wise you may have had an e-mail from BT that you where transferred....

As long as you are within your OD limit the bank should not penalise but there is all different kinds off banking rules, that you have to be careful off!

I’m on to a shambles of a company now who can’t even find the charge. I’m also being told I’m being charged 16.00 on 1st August for tablet I haven’t received. It’s appalling !!!!!

@Debbiecauser You should have full access to the Account see on your orders and on the billing, but there where many reports of BT to EE transfer's not all working out great, so do go have a look on your account side just to be sure that it a looks to be working, if not that may be a call to EE CS to help smooth it over!
