my lord, when the engineer comes, he changes the hub and goes off without checking. Then it happens again, then I change the broadband cable, all worked. EE/BT engineers need to wait to see if it happens again after doing something.

@Arnedin-Armin For sure was it a BT/EE Engineer who visited. not sure if they have been grouped as yet, BT and EE may still be separate for visit's are you an EE customer and it was an EE Router swap and it does appear that you have fixed whatever the suspected fault is/was now!
