WiFi pro mess

Ok so I renewed my contract in March don’t know why but thay sent me a wifi pro may b stock issue I don’t know was not complaining so bag came sent the other one back but apparantly I should lot of got the pro that are trying to make us pay the extra now and thay have cut me off from what little settings we where allowed lol account is a mess due to changed order and over pricing

O well 5th engineer booked 

@Cardiffjamesh Have you ever tried an Ethernet connection and the web manager direct on the EE Router?

Yea same thing even the past 2 times ee have been hear thay could not get in to it from there laptop and the online settings page isn’t working in the we app and ee have got a back door into it and that’s not working it’s home view or something similar it’s just a joke now how much it’s off line trust I will be tapping them up for compensation hat to think how much agro this has caused over past 4 months £55 a month isn’t cheep 

@Cardiffjamesh How many EE Routers have you had on the system now, lost track trying to workout through the posting! Just do not see why so many exact same problems. Think you just need to get an EE Smarthub+ and stick it on the connection!

I’m on my 2 pro I did think of it but I’m in a contract I went for it to get a good signal all over house wife works from home and kids always on it so wanted the extenders and  best coverage I’m not the only one getting this issue 

@Cardiffjamesh So that one lasted what 10 day's or so and now it's toast, and you are needing to get number 3 now?
