Ok so I renewed my contract in March don’t know why but thay sent me a wifi pro may b stock issue I don’t know was not complaining so bag came sent the other one back but apparantly I should lot of got the pro that are trying to make us pay the extra now and thay have cut me off from what little settings we where allowed lol account is a mess due to changed order and over pricing

@Cardiffjamesh Think is has been Established that you used to have the EE Full Fibre 900 package and where using the EE Smarthub Pro and Smartwireless Pro products before you cancelled. Until that one completes you will no longer be able to order a replacement package from anyone, so really no Internet until that time. Your pics posted will take time to clear for general viewing!
Hope at least you have the EE Smarthub+ and the Smart Wireless+ ready to replace the pro units. Not sure what you have done but you are NOT allowed to have anything with a current open order that being your cancelled one at present!

Both images of the BTw Checker are the same being only of the RH side. The LH side might have some useful info.
