I’ve had my broadband for over a year, I have several devices connected and never had any issues until this past week. My sons computer and my iPad have no problem but all our phones my husbands iPad and the tv keep loosing signal or it just goes ultra slow. We have tried rebooting the router but it doesn’t seem to have fixed the issue . Like I say this only seems to have started in the last week

Hi @Kim173
Thanks for coming to the community.
Could you try the steps in our Fix EE Broadband Connection Problems | Broadband Help page to see if this helps with your broadband connection?

Hi,
I am having the same problem with my router. Have tried the reset a number of times, I seem to have to do this a number of times a week, twice on a good week.
I have one of the older routers, is there any chance of getting a newer replacement?

@askilbeck as this is not customer services you would need to give tme a call to see what they can do.
That said it could be you have a line problem, so do let them do some proper diagnosis so they can get the fault fixed.
