Hi. I received a package at home via Royal Mail which I never ordered. I kept on receiving messages from EE saying that an engineer will come and router fibre installation and blah blah. But I never ever ordered.

I just went to EE feltham high street branch for my data package and bought a new number with direct debit as well. Nothing more than that.
then how come this EE is sending messages and stuff via Royal Mail at home with my consent and authorisation. I am badly stressed and fed up due to their pathetic service.

if anyone asks for data package with direct debit then help with that ONLY PLEASE

INSTEAD OF taking details for something else which I never knew and agreed to.

kindly assist me with that as I don’t want that package of router and tv screen at home. Neither I’ll pay a single penny for that except my EE data plan as I never asked or ordered for anything else.
