Had this fault of WiFi dropping out,blue light stays on router only way to get back online is turn router off and on again,this has been going on since swopping from BT late 2024,had 5 different routers sent out EE engineers came out to check,BT also been out to check beyond a joke now ,Phoned EE again today to be told it will cost me £353 to cancel for something that’s not fit for purpose.Any help would be good.

@peterw22 : What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

Now got BT smart hub 2 this is the 5th hub also had EE hub,BB package is Fibre 67 All Rounder 55Mbps.

I would suggest getting back in touch with our broadband technical support guides, they can continue the troubleshooting and let you know what the next steps will be to get the WiFi connection looked into.

Been going on now for over 1 year and got nowhere,been with BT and EE for 50 odd years and this is the way they treat you now cancelled contract and gone elsewhere same deal £40 cheaper
