WiFi connection

I’m new to EE and have just had my hub installed, I’m having issues finding the WiFi; it isn’t showing on my devices. I moved from sky but still have sky tv. My internet connection isn’t showing on the networks. Does anyone have any ideas how I can solve this, I have one stroppy teenager moaning because it won’t connect

@Jac47 What was the advised go active date that you received from EE? If it was for today, then it can be anytime up until midnight on a service connection. You normally will get an email from EE when it is active.
