WiFi Pro Booster not getting a signal

I’m stumped with this. According to the EE app (manage, broadband) both my boosters show as ‘getting no signal’, if I click on them, they show as online (confirmed by the aqua light on the boosters) and that devices are connected to them and working.

I’m not sure if this is a bug, or if something is wrong with the setup? I do seem to have lots of issues with speeds slowing dawn over the course of a few days, fixed by a reboot of the main router.

@Scottydog84 When did it start displaying this condition?

Today. Like I said it’s been fine for weeks. Lights haven’t changed at all in that time and the 1 outside in my bar is staying aqua and showing as strong signal on the app but the one in the house is still aqua but the status has changed to no signal on the app. I’m not sure if it’s the app tho as I got a new phone yesterday so had to pair the app to my WiFi network again and it’s been showing no signal since I did. The app ain’t very good imo.

@JaimePB75 When you changed the router ssid, did you then re-pair the smart wireless extenders again to the router?

@Scottydog84 There was a new Router FW update that has started to be pushed out by EE to the Pro Routers. Do you know if it happened to you, the latest and the previous are below so you can compare. Also check if the Extender has FW updated also.

FW: r2.64.3-R-1213091-PROD-1 One before the Latest
FW: r2.64.5-R-1298597-PROD-1 and the gui is at App version 2.36.2. Latest 04/02/2025.

Where would I find that please?

Found it. The routers FW is the bottom one you sent.

@Scottydog84 If you are only an app user, and you rely on that as it is as good as a chocolate fireguard best of times, then manage, broadband click on below your Pro router and it will display your details for the system. That is when the app plays well, which it's tad temperamental currently.

They are both showing no signal now but still both aqua and still have devices connected to them 🤷🏽‍♂️

@Scottydog84 Would seriously advise you to learn how to look at the router with the web manager http://192.168.1.254 and not be using a mobile to do so, laptop/pc etc is best.

Ok I’ll take a look. Thanks.
