How many people have got the new WiFi 7 router. I got text message and been on phone none stop. Been told should be getting new router last week. Still nothing and when go on chat. Get told not able to have it. Even though I’m a new customer and have the 1.6gb package and pay £79.99

Okay so i'm on the 900mbps package with TV and signed up for the WiFi 7 add-on today.

I only did so under full assurances from the guide that when I upgrade to 1.6gbps when available, the £10p/m add-on can be removed as the router will be included in the 1.6gbps package. I don't want to be forking out for both an Add-On and increased speeds.

@kp95 Hopefully you did the apple TV, as EE TV is not available with the 1.6Gb/s package, and with no date when it will become available also.

Yeah I took out Apple TV with Big Sport and 900mbps last month.

Last I was told by EE is that 1.6 will be available for TV packages either next month and if not next month then January

@kp95 Hopefully they said what year! Does drag on somewhat, they may also tie in the DV on the package and then it's all done and available.

HI everyone I got my sms today to say that the kit will be dispatched today and arrive in 72 hours so i wan't to guess most people will get the new kit by Monday October 14th 2024 🙂

@JimM11to be fair I did whish i went for the ones up from the model i got as they seemed to be beter as i only have 1 device that can really take on MLO and that is amazing but using single bands with WiFi 6E is amazing but LAN is allways the goto for me and I have to admit I am really exited to see how the EE SHP prefoms as in the past they wifi performance has been amazing 🙂
