Why is my EE BROADBAND SO SLOW WHEN THEY SAY THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE LINE

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

Do you know what speed your line should be running at (indicated in the name of your plan as asked for by @XRaySpeX), versus what you are currently getting? How is the slowness being exhibited (video playback, pages not loading, speedtests etc)?

This is a community forum with no account access, the model number of the router is not enough information to go off here without an idea of the package to go with it.
