Why cant I find my account number give.me last four digits need to see my broadband bill and need to get the last bill.rwsolved as I payed and sayin I didn't thanks

if you speak with the broadband billing team they'll be happy to help.

Hi @Saullyboy2024 thanks for posting, we can't give you your account number on the EE community. If you login to MyEE you should be able to see your account number and bills.
If you need the account number to set up MyEE it should be on an order confirmation email, you will need to call if you can't find it.

All of my EE emails only show the last four digits of my account number and without the account number I cannot check my bill online. The person above clearly states the same. WE ARE ONLY GIVEN THE LAST 4 DIGITS. I'm a few hours away from cancelling with EE.

@Shdhdhdhdhr That is correct, all e-mails about billing only show the last 4 numbers, You should have received an e-mail when you first ordered your broadband, on this you will find Your order reference and account number and all the details about your package.

On the order confirmation email from EE it has given me a BT account number starting with GB. When I type it in on the EE app it says I can't use the BTA ACCOUNT NUMBER. This is the problem with EE. It's an absolute mess.
And yes the email is EE.
