ee can’t find my account but I pay each month have broadband they bill me email

I don’t exist yet when I stopped DD they email to pay, Irving up they say no account exists rang 6 times

Thanks for the reply

Account number  has been given , account is 10 years old. So many new untrained staff on the new system only a few with knowledge on legacy  accounts . Hopefully today I spoke with someone who will sort it. Customer service is terrible due to new untrained people,  they are well mannered but lack training
