EE app pair with Bt hub 2

I set up my EE app to pair with my Bt hub 2  yesterday and it was working fine. Now all I get is a spinning circle on my screen. I am using a IPhone XR / iso 18.5

Just to be sure, are you at home and within range of your Hub whilst trying to access these options at the moment?
Also whilst it's really simple, have you had a chance to try restarting your Hub, leaving it unplugged for at least 30 seconds?
