Why can't I see my bill for my broadband

Had a text to say my bill is really to see but when I log in can't see it

I didn't think it was possible to find a website that was worse than BT but then I found EE which is even more of a mess. There is almost nothing you can access unless you can download the EE App which I can't because I don't have a smartphone.

From what I've read in posts from other users the App is pretty useless too, the whole EE service is fairly dreadful and I wish I'd never signed up.

@jaketheplumber : Yes, what a stupidity putting a lot of router's logic in a mobile app when BB users tend to use PCs rather than mobiles!
