Does anyone else pay 48 pound a month or is it them ripping me off. 48 pound for just broadband seems a hell of alot

@Kim882 What package do you currently have, plus any addon's etc? And are you still in contract or has that finished the time period!

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

No add ons and just normal internet, two years ago I was paying 24 pound for the same package 🤦🏻‍♀️

I’ve tried several times and carnt speak to anyone I understand.  Past time I tried last month I was on the phone for roughly one hour, and no one person that spoke English proper

@Kim882 So you will be paying full package price now with no discount, does it not say that on your bills. If you re-contract for another 24 months you will probably get a better package price. Cannot see you getting that low though, but until you try.

@Kim882  I’m very surprised you say that as I’ve only ever spoken with people who speak English proper and all call centres are based within the UK.

Same here, it may take a long time for someone to answer but everyone I've spoken to have very good English skills. Couldn't be more different from BT call centres.
