Just curious if anyone knows the answer before trying to contact support, I successfully migrated from BT to EE, same package essentially although the one I ordered was 550mb vs the BT 500 which I assume is to sell the idea to you! however now everything says 500 which is a bit annoying...
Anyways I now have £22 credit with BT and EE states they will take payment by DD in a few days, so what happens with the BT Credit? does it also get migrated to EE or do I need to contact support to try and get a refund?

I used to pay by direct debit and when I moved to EE my BT credit was returned to my account fairly quickly. Then I cancelled my BT direct debit and set up one for EE.
