I have a broadband package that includes my landline. I know that when I joined from BT, there were several call packages available. At the time I chose not to take one of these, but would now like to check what these packages are and if they are suitable for me.
However, no matter how much I search the EE site I cannot find any details of the packages available or even how to add them to my current package. I can find information on the site which clearly outlines the packages that are available, such as 700 minutes, etc. But no where can I find the package details, costs or options to add to my current package.
Anyone know what is happening with these?

@Erskine0812 The link below will get you some information, think that there is an issue trying to get the 700min package though. HTH To get the price, probably requires a call to EE CS so they can apply any discounts etc....

See p13 of Essentials, All Rounder and Full Works plans
You would need to call CS to order them.

Thanks, guys.
I'm a bit puzzled by these. I assume that I am on Pay As You Go @ £5.39. But it is unclear to me if the 700 minutes pack at £8.63 is additional to this or if it is the total cost?
Any ideas?

£8.63 pm is the total cost for the 1st 700 mins.

Really? That sounds a better deal than the PAYG. I don't use the phone much. But recently I have had a need to do so and find I am avoiding it because the individual call charges are quite high. I made 2 shortish calls last month and this pushed my total landline cost over the £8.63.
Maybe time to give them a call!

@Erskine0812 Correct, does not take much to rack up a bill, do let the forum know with regards to the 700min package, think someone posted earlier that it was not available now, but that may have been due to BT - EE changeover, not sure....

I’ve to upgrade my landline to the 770 minutes deal
They told me it was no longer available

Refer them to the current price list, dated 30th July 2024, just over a week ago. It is 700 minutes though, not 770, and I have heard it called the ‘Limited Plan’, to contrast it with the Unlimited one that is rather more expensive,
