Hello
Over the last few days when going to the home broadband page to look at offers logged in I keep getting the following error
For broadband deals go to Our Broadband Shop
Clicking on the broadband shop page results in the same error, no other page has this issue, only home broadband, its working not signed in but when signed in has this error, so either something is wrong with my account or the website has an issue with signed in users, it has worked in the past.
I hoping this can be sorted since the new site I have found it very laggy and difficult to use prompting me to look elsewhere, but hopefully this can be resolved soon without me needing to call.

Yes everytime I try and look at any of the broadband pages I get the error message

Afternoon.
This really has not been resolved, I want to swap to EE from Virgin, but I am never able to get to the broadband page, I do not want to call 150.
EE are an internet company with a fault website.
Any help would be appreciated.

@Moodyegg : It was for the OP & they marked it such at that time. If you want your own thread & solution then start 1 instead of latching onto an old thread.

No, it's really not. Being logged in and going to broadband deals as an existing EE customer just throws this screen:
When being logged out the page loads, but when trying to complete through the flow to checkout and logging in to EE, this screen appears again.
