Hub Manager not Detecting Ethernet

Hi, I'm trying to control my connections via Hub Manager but it is not Detecting the connected Ethernet connection. 

The ethernet is supplying Internet to the device so all is good there, but not registering in Hub Manager

@Alexburnsredd What device is connected to the Ethernet? And which router are you using?
