HOW DO I CONTACT EE WITHOUT A PHONE

My phone isn't starting and I need to contact EE. There is no email address, I can only use the live chat if I have the app, the app is only for phone and Ipad (i'm on my laptop). How do I contact ee without a phone? This is ridiculous! 

People can’t hear me on the phone

Hi ,  People can’t hear me on the phone. This is the second day within the last week. When using a WhatsApp call, people can hear me, OK. I am unable to contact EE technical support. When calling 150 the call gets disconnected. Please help.
