Which Router? (Model Number?, Broadband, 4GEE, 5GEE?)
Is it in Contract or Out of Contract?

Your EE Home BB router is yours to keep & do what you like with when your contract is cancelled normally. There is no charge for it.

@Tandy22 If you’ve been sent a returns bag there is nothing stopping you from returning it but you don’t have to if you choose not too but the question is why not you’ll probably only bin it anyway. It’s all prepaid so it’ll cost you nothing to return it only a bit of your time to go to a post office.

I had the contract for a friend and her children however she's not been reliable for paymens so has fallen on me this leading me to worry she may not return like she's been asked to.

@Tandy22 If you’ve been asked to return it you have to. Unfortunately as you are the bill payer it’s down to you to return it. Do you have the returns package?
