Unable to link my broadband account in app

Hi all

I put in my account number and it say it has been identified. I put in all the details but it keeps saying my personal details don't match. Called 150 they said they would raise the problem but I have had no information. 

Any help gratefully received.

Hi, I’m having the exact same issue. When I’ve called, they can’t even retrieve my account information despite me providing the account number etc. I’m going to try calling tomorrow, maybe the person I spoke to didn’t really know what they were doing. Let us know if you get anything sorted! 🤞🏼

Yes, I’ve faced the same issues, finally informed yesterday that they hope to have it all fixed by the end of August!

Also had lots of problems  the main one with broadband, cannot “pair” the router to the My EE app, apparently informed on Thursday EE will have it fixed by the end of August as it’s affecting a lot of people!
