Unable to link Broadband account to App

Hi,

I started a broadband account with EE about 3 months ago and am unable to link the broadband account to my app. I have spoken to EE about 5 times about this as they try to fix it but nothing seems to work. I am therefore stuck with either paying £3 per month for paper bills or spend an hour or so a week talking to them and getting the paper bill free.

Anyone else or is it just me (like the post office thing)
