I recently moved over from BT to EE. With the BT hub we used to listen to BBC radio programmes on four different radios in different parts of the house. With the EE hub we lose the ability to consistently get BBC radio programs. I have talked to a number of EE experts on the phone and the only suggestion made by them that works at all is to reset the hub. BBC radio programmes then work perfectly, but the fix lasts only a day or two at the most and sometimes only a few hours. It seems that something within the hub blocks the BBC system, which I know uses different system from other radio programs. Does this mean that I have a faulty hub? Do other users find that they can consistently receive BBC programs over the internet with an EE Smart Hub Plus?

@JimM11 It is still connecting to the BBC radio programmes and that's for 11 days, so I think that we can fairly safely say that the software update has solved the problem. Thank you for your help and to all the others who tried to find a solution for me. We can now listen to BBC Radio 4 in the kitchen with the induction hob on (it interferes with DAB) and my wife can easily change over to Swing FM without calling me to change the radio from DAB to internet!
