Hi I recently had a new EE tv box fitted but as I was unable to get quite a few channels on my tv and other issues realised it was probably connected by Internet and not aerial . Rang EE and a very helpful lady sorted it in no time remotely.  Managed to save all my recordings and settings and now able to access lots more channels and record more than 2 programmes at once! Might even be able to skip adverts on ITV but not tried that yet. So grateful to her , she was brilliant! Thank you Norma

Recently had a new EE tv box fitted but wasn't happy with it as I had limited channels and other issues. After reading on this forum I realised probably because box wasn't connected to aerial.  I rang EE and fortunately spoke to a very helpful lady who somehow managed to remotely sort out the problem for me - even managed to save my recordings and previous settings. So grateful  for her expertise and patience with elderley person. Thank you so much. Norma
