I recently moved over from BT to EE. With the BT hub we used to listen to BBC radio programmes on four different radios in different parts of the house. With the EE hub we lose the ability to consistently get BBC radio programs. I have talked to a number of EE experts on the phone and the only suggestion made by them that works at all is to reset the hub. BBC radio programmes then work perfectly, but the fix lasts only a day or two at the most and sometimes only a few hours. It seems that something within the hub blocks the BBC system, which I know uses different system from other radio programs. Does this mean that I have a faulty hub? Do other users find that they can consistently receive BBC programs over the internet with an EE Smart Hub Plus?

Sorry for the delay in replying. All the non-BBC stations have continued working throughout - at least, all those that we use.The problem has been there since the installation of the EE hub. The BBC stations worked for a few hours and then stopped, sticking at "Loading". As I said, the start again for a few hours after resetting the hub.
I have just tried listening to BBC Radio 4 on my computer, using the address from your list as you suggested, and cannot do so. It says "we are having trouble accessing your storage", if that helps.

It is possible that the BBC made changes and that has happened at the same time as your switch to EE.
No idea if it is the same but the following link describes what sounds like a similar issue with Google Speakers and devices with Google Assistant built in this month:

There's only a few different platforms that internet radios use but its unlikely several radios would all be using the same one - over time some platforms don't keep up with all broadcaster changes which can be a downside to internet radios.
Devices like Sonos or Amazon Echo are more app based - for example the BBC Sounds app - so they possibly might outlast other radios. But if this was the issue they wouldn't connect at all - to lose connection on just one service after hours/days is pretty unusual - and if it happened after changing router that's significant.
To test from a PC I'd use the BBC Sounds player - found next to iPlayer via a web browser - and see if that's affected at the same time. There's also a BBC Sounds app on the phone or things like TVs or streaming devices.
For when issues happen I think it's always worth having another router to hand - either to try instead of the ISP router connected to the ONT (or copper) - or with DHCP disabled and connected by LAN to the ISP router and used as an Access Point to which devices connect over WiFi instead of connecting to the ISP router.
If it was a change of ISP rather than router that caused it, and trying the BBC sounds app or a different router doesn't help, then it could be a lot harder to fix - though other EE users would likely have noticed something like this.

I am aware that the BBC altered the platform for radio over the internet a little while ago. I had to change one of our radios because it could not receive under the new system. They all worked with the BT hub perfectly well. Once the EE hub was installed, they worked for a few hours and then stopped. I can get them to work again if I reboot the hub by turning it off and then back on again, but they then all stop working again (for BBC programmes only) at the same time after a variable period of a few hours. This suggests to me that it nothing to do with the radios nor with their wi-fi connection to the hub. It also means that hub is capable of handling the BBC programmes, but it seems that something triggers it to block them after a short time. Others do seem to have had related problems, e.g. there is an exchange on here about not receiving BBC programmes on the EE dongle. As one of you suggested in responses to me, I tried to get the BBC on my desktop using the URL suggested whilst the programmes were not working and could not. However, I can get the BBC using the BBC Sounds app on my phone (using the wi-fi through the hub) and on my TV. Maybe the solution is to persuade EE to swap the hub for the BT Smart hub that I used to have, since one of you mentioned that this worked with the other EE equipment. What do people think?

This one? Odd, it works for me 🤨
Do you know what firmware/software your hub is running? Complete shot in the dark but I know there's currently an update doing the rounds and am wondering if that might help.

I have just worked out why I am not being notified about replies and, I hope, corrected my settings, which is why my response is so tardy. I have just tried to connect to the link once again and received the same message, i.e. that they could not get to my storage. I have not yet tried the link after a reset of the hub, during the period when the BBC programmes work on the internet radios, but will do so
The firmware of the hub is shown as r4.26.1-R-1860948-PROD-83002 and the firmware update says N/A. I cannot see any way of checking that this is the most recent version. Can someone tell me how I do that?
I have now got used to switching to DAB to listen to BBC programmes, but my wife has not, so that I should like to solve this problem if possible.

After a period of sorting household problems like leaking cisterns and blocked drains, I have just checked and my firmware has been updated to r4.26.3-R-1923144-PROD-83002. BBC radio is now working on the internet. However, we did have a power cut a few days ago and this will have reset the hub, which had proved to be only a temporary fix, but this "temporary fix" did not usually last this long. So, I am hopeful that this is the solution, but I want to see if the reception of BBC radio programmes continues for a week or so before I can fairly confidently say that my problem has been solved. Nevertheless, thank to everyone who has tried to help and especially to JimM11 who may have found the solution. I shall confirm whether or not the radios continue l working
