Hi

I'm looking to check my router settings but I'm unable to connect to the above page. Access to the internet and online services are fine, but it's just this page.

I get the below error and I don't understand why this is. I really don't want to reset the router

```
This site can’t be reached
192.168.1.254 took too long to respond.
Try:
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
```

It wont have 254 on the end of the string, it will be something like 192.168.1.1

the above is the most common, some end 0.1 or 8.1 etc. which router Make and Model is it.

Which router do you have? Just checking. Only the EE Smart Hub & Router login at 192.168.1.254.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

@XRaySpeX Does it, well in that case I could stand corrected.

BT routers in UK tend to use 192.168.1.254.
I've had 5 of them, all with this address.

Weirdly, a neighbour has the same route/hub as me. His Samsung phone (on EE) can't connect to the 254 address, with this same error.
My Motorola (also on EE) can
