The email I have received from EE confirming an engineer appointment has a link to Cancel or Change the time. When I click on this it takes me to the EE website and once i am logged in I am unable to find the relevant option for this. I have used the search but not located this option. Do I need to call EE ?

Thanks it has shown up this time but the appointments are no good in November. It took an hour to get through when I called earlier and they couldn’t change it to a week earlier when I’m not at work. Maybe time to move to a new provider.

@Juliebea Its your choice, no one has any idea about what is being done, and always harder to go for earlier than later in time.

Thanks for your help. I wish I did have a choice of being able to take the time off work but I don’t. These companies have the choice of offering more flexible times outside people’s working hours when they can be at home.

@Juliebea Your 100% correct, but you also need to know the dates that are suitable, once they are pencilled in it is easier to extend that date, but very very difficult to bring fwd, my own date is 5 weeks from the order, there is just no way to get the resources and it is not EE who are coming to do what is needed. Its not there job in doing so. You are going to find no matter who you choose dates to fit around your requirements, and there is always the potential of a job over run, were they just drop doing your instal and schedule it for the next day. How the industry works...
