The email I have received from EE confirming an engineer appointment has a link to Cancel or Change the time. When I click on this it takes me to the EE website and once i am logged in I am unable to find the relevant option for this. I have used the search but not located this option. Do I need to call EE ?

@AndyR154 You would be better to call 8am onward to cancel or change.

Can you make the appointment for 27th to the afternoon. Regards. John.

@JohnTrevelyan You need to call EE CS to change your appointment, this forum does not have any details of you or your account, Customers like yourself.

@Juliebea Have you looked at the order on your account?

Yes I can’t see anything about an appointment so I called 150, I was told to download the BT App! I did but obviously don’t have an account so not getting anywhere?

@Juliebea Are you a BT Customer? And when is your appointment scheduled for?

I’m not a BT customer and don’t have an account so I don’t know why they told me to download the app I explained this to them. Booked appointment for the wrong week 7 Nov instead of 31 Oct

@Juliebea Link i sent you in the post, will take you to the EE home page, either very left home, or very right profile, sign in to your account, page should pop up with your details, goto orders, about and you should be able to follow, and change your date.
You want to get the EE home, work play app ios/android, and at version 5.46.0 i believe currently.
