Transferred from BT to EE

I've transferred my 500gbs broadband from BT to EE to consolidate my mobiles. With BT I had 3 disc around our home & everything was perfect, however I cannot get any of the discs to marry up. EE are not offering solutions unless I bought theirs 

 

Can anyone help

@Juliehas62 : Which BT disks do you have? Which EE router?

If you have the EE Smart Hub Plus ( SH31B) (SH+) router, the white "high st." Whole Home discs work with the SH+. The black BT Complete WiFi discs don't!

i have 2 white large discs and 1 small white disc, followed the instructions but the lights turn to red
