Pairing of Smart WiFi Discs with Smart Hub Plus

RichardFlatman

I have recently upgraded my Broadband to EE Smart Hub Plus router. However my 2 Smart WiFi Discs seem unable to pair with the new router? The help services seem to be unable to suggest anything to rectify this-they suggested both discs are faulty!

Is this a common problem or is there something that needs to be changed re new router settings to enable pairing to take place?

@RichardFlatman If you have not already done so this is best, and copy of link to get you to the help page and are the smart wifi disk's same spec as the router, they have been known to send the wrong model out. Post the info from router and smart wifi devices, model numbers are all that is required. Link show's pictures of devices.

@RichardFlatman  if you’ve got the round Wi-Fi disks, they do not pair with the smart hub plus.  The new Wi-Fi repeaters that work with the smart hub plus are square.    There’s no way to get them to work with it as they are incompatible.
