Cannot maintain Wi-fi connection and need to input Wi-fi password every day. Never had this problem with Sky but EE tell me it is a problem with my TV and not their issue!! I have also paid the cancellation fee to Sky of £296 but have not received the promised offset payment from EE. Very poor service

@ANOTN You may just have to setup the Comp mode if you have not done that for the TV side, compensation though is going to be a whole different ball game, as long as you have followed all the rules and will take months for that if EE say yes! Will link the details you may need from the help!
