I've been with EE since they were T-Mobile and Top Tip is.......
Leave and don't ever rely on EE for anything.
I have a broadband connection and every single night, I have no internet access at all. The engineer said it's because I'm sharing it with 6 neighbours and he's not wrong. I can see that because the hook-ups are right outside my kitchen window.
But I still pay full price. On top of paying for the c*apbook they missold me. That's the same shop that broke my phone with a screwdriver then said I had done it. And this is just recently.
Well. NO MORE!!

@No5ignalAgain Your not the longest so get over that. Others claim to of been customers since One2One. The internet connection is a Openreach issue to resolve so why haven’t you reported this ? You say miss sold but give no reason on why you say that, but you did sign a contract for it so did you read said contract? As for the phone I’m sorry to hear that but if it as damaged by the store what store was this ?

I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with your service and that you've had a couple of problems, especially being such a long-term customer.
I recommend filling in our complaints form so that a dedicated team can look into both of these points and help find a resolution.
