sorry @truewraith66666   the pics need to be approved, which I could do, but they are not very clear, and Mods may well delete the fist as it shows the username, even though it is available in the link Xray provided.

@truewraith66666 Your Tp-Link router, you need to say what you have, this generic AX5400 does not cut it in the Tp-Link world, have you ever set up a router before?

Nope.

It's a tplink Archer Axe75

You have connected the ONT to the WAN of the TP-Link?

In what way is the BT SH2 faulty? Can it at least connect to BB even if it's useless at routing? Post its Status page.

Even the engineer that came round said I should be ok with this till replacement comes but I guess not lol. Yeah but hub is deemed faulty with permanent green lights. Just wish I could get this stupid tplink to work. But thanks veryuch the assistant so far it's muchly appreciated 👍

@truewraith66666 Going to have to ask a few relevant questions regarding what and why's. Is this all on a previous working Fibre system or have you just had an upgrade, moved from BT to EE, etc and the link below take a look at the BT routers and be sure to say if that is what you have. Will be the BT Smart Hub 2 from there picture.
