Third party router login details!

Does anyone know pppoe username details I have to put in when we m using a third party router for my EE broadband while I wait for my new one from EE. Using tplink but orange light with no internet as I can't get past.tyvm for any help

It's EE hub that I was told was faulty by engineer and I'm waiting for a new one but I plug in this to link router which is new and the internet light is orange and I just can't work out why as even my other pcs show on network but unless EE is blocking something I'm stuck I chose pppoe and username. bthomehub@btbroadband.com  and BT as p.assword. but won't connect. I work online so it's just very frustrating hehe. Tyvm for continued advice

 EE doesn't have a Smart Hub 2. So we took it that you meant a BT SH2.

Despite that whichever faulty EE/BT router you had before doesn't explain or help why the TP-Link is not connecting.
