Hi,
We got transferred to EE from BT, during that time we've gone past the 15 days that was on the email and now we're unable to setup a proper account via the app.
Attempting to navigate the menus on the phone are just confusing so I'm wondering what do I do from here?
I've created an account with the same details as when we were with BT we can't see our bill on there.
Any advice or help would be great thanks.

Welcome to the EE Community
When you login to your new EE account, there should be an option to Link device on the home page, or if you go to the profile section, on that page is the Link a product button.
What is happening when you try and link your EE account up through here, are you getting an error of some kind?
