EE TV Multicast

Wasn't sure whether to post here or in broadband forum, hopefully some guru will know the solution.

EE FTTP was installed today and I have configure my own router for PPPoE (as per the EE instructions)  and it all works except for 1 part. The router is an Asus ZEN Wifi BQ16 multi node mesh, because of the need to get a decent WiFi in remote areas of the house (demanding teenager). This worked fine with my previous Sky ISP since everything was unicast and I just used the Sky router as a gateway.

As I have also taken EE TV to replace Sky, I want to use the Pro and Mini boxes on my existing WiFi network and they connect and the apps work correctly, since they are unicast. However the live tv doesn't work as it's multicast and without know the details of EE live tv setup, I am unable to investigate possible solutions. The IPTV options on the router appear to be for Ethernet only.

Does anyone know how to setup these routers or similar to allow the live tv multicast to work over WiFi? Or is there no alternative other than to use the EE router and hope the WiFi signal reaches the mini box (in teenager's pit)?

Managed to get it working. In the end it was very simple.

Log into the Web GUI

Under Wireless, select Professional and ensure IGMP snooping is enabled for each WiFi band.

Under LAN, select IPTV and enable multicast routing and IGMPv3

Nothing else is needed

I'll been monitoring the router load and if there's a multicast storm, I'll try adjusting the multicast rate (currently set to auto)
