Am trying to test broadband speed by following instructions on EE webpage which says:
Trouble is, there is no "See whats included in your plan" tile or "Test speed" tile on Manage, Broadband pages on the app!
Any help much appreciated!

@VinceM If you are not seeing it, just click on your EE router, and test speed. What version of app do you have?

Try this speedtest instead.
Try a wired speedtest, preferably using an Ethernet cable, here http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest.html . Click on the "Results Page" button at the bottom of the graph you first see and then copy to here just the "Link to this result:" link that you see below the next main graph.

The app's speed test hasn't been working for days. Why is there not one available via this website?
