Temporary broadband

We are moving out of our house for a few months while it is refurbished. The house we are moving to has poor WiFi but there is fibre available. The owner does not want to connect. We work from home so need fast reliable WiFi. What would be our best option for a temporary solution?

You could look into getting a mobile connection, but that all depends if you get a good mobile signal. If the owner won't allow internet and you are unable to get a mobile connection then your only other option would be to look elsewhere to live that does provide an internet connection while your home is being refurbished.

Hi @Dlishdotty

As @Weebles2025 says if your ability have fixed line broadband is limited then consider mobile broadband. However it depends on how long you're intended to stay as buying a cheap mobile broadband router (you can buy the EE ones on eBay)  and SIM only data deal if temporary to save committing to a long term contract.
