I’m an EE mobile and broadband customer, EE customer services seem to be struggling to get both my accounts to link. Have phoned multiple times but still it doesn’t seem to have been actioned.
This means I can’t see the new “unlock unlimited data savings” SIM cards, anyone any idea how to get my accounts linked? Seems crazy that it’s this difficult to do?
Any advice much appreciated 🙂

@Cameron1975me Have you tried linking them yourself ? It’s how I didn’t mine although it was a few years ago now.

If you have an EE shop nearby they can do it for you.

yeah I have tried many times, I either get one of 2 results.....

Just went to my local store in Hove with same result.....he gets same error.

Seems to be their system error then.
