Hi, I know this has been discussed before many times but I haven't found a solution that works yet. Whenever I try to use the Broadband Status Checker (not the coverage checker) it always returns "This service isn't working right now". This is the same in the Iphone App, from my Mac in Safari and Firefox, and from a Windows laptop in Edge and Chrome. This is the link I'm using:- https://ee.co.uk/help/service-status

Thanks for flagging this, is it mobile or broadband that you're looking to check the status of here?
Also when you log into your account over at myaccount.ee.co.uk, does it show all the correct details and work as it should do otherwise?

If you log into your EE account online can you check your broadband connection?
Can you load all other details in the EE app, or do you get an error as soon as you log in?
