I have a bt Smarthub. When I have been running a speed test previously from the EE iOS app it has worked perfectly. Since the last update of the app, the speed test runs but then gives me an error message saying it failed to run.
any ideas please? 3rd party speed tests run fine

@Brent945 Yes, the EE app speed test is one off the functions that is broken at present, you just need to wait until it gets fixed again.

Just done the EE update 02/06/25 and unfortunately the app Speedtest has not been fixed!
Obviously it is not as EE priority 🤔

Not particulalry helpful to @Brent945 but the app speedtest seems to be working fine for me (app version 5.63.0).

@bobpullen Thanks bob at least you are up on the latest by the look off it, google still reporting 5.62.0 until someone remembers to apply the change, more than likely OP has an account problem and speed test is falling at that hurdle.
