How long's it been down?
Which EE BB plan are you on? What EE router do you have?

Has been down around 30 mins now. The light has gone back to a solid green after leaving for off for a few mins before turning it back on. But still no internet connection.
I have the fibre plus and I honestly have no idea what router. It’s a newish one - within the last year.

Read the label on the router or post an image.
Modern EE routers show solid Cyan when connected, not Green. Older 1s show solid Green.

@Cabbywoo What the lights on your hub mean, link below. And if you want first link check if there is an area problem, don't do any reset's unless you are sure as it will reset the hub, and you may not wish to do that. EE closed now so any help from them is not until 8am tomorrow.

Thank you - I can’t even see the router I have on those options. Very confused now lol! Have added a picture of the front of it.
but it’s a solid green light atm so I’ll give it a few mins and see if it changes.

That's the white EE Smart Router, unfortunately omitted from the list @JimM11 posted. I would've thought its light colours would be the same as the EE Smart Hub. In which case it is (trying to) start up.
It looks like your BB has gone down for a bit. There's really nowt you can do about that but wait for it to come back.

@JimM11 : There's no like-for-like replacement for a Smart Router running G.Fast, if that's what OP has. Nor is 1 necessary.
Why's all this fad for replacement routers? They rarely break. So much for this prevalent "Oh, something wrong with your BB or WiFi? Oh, we'll just send you a replacement router"! So many wasted routers! So good for the environment!
