Is it normal for the speed test in the EE App to not work?
Under Your Hub Speeds it says you haven't done a speed test yet.
When I click Run a Speed Test I get Speed Test didn't work, with a little message our fault, Try again or Come Back later.
I have tried on numerous occasions since I moved to EE, without success.
I also have a message at the bottom of the broadband screen which says order pending. Your order is being processed. Your plan details will appear once you are all set up at home.
What order I ask myself as I have successfully moved from BT to EE and am getting the same speeds as I was before (using different tools)

Try a wired speedtest, using an Ethernet cable supplied with the router, here http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest.html . Click on the "Results Page" button at the bottom of the graph you first see and then copy to here just the "Link to this result:" link that you see below the next main graph.

@Ewan15 At times the EE App can be as much use as a chocolate fireguard, when things go wrong not much can be done apart from complain, it's getting there with all the updates, but one fix may cause something else to go wrong, nature of the beast. Ethernet test to the router, all wireless off if possible, and that is the true way to test...👍

I had the same problem with speed tests. I think they don't want you to know!- but it is the dodgy app that is the problem. As regards your order being processed mine was the same, call 150 and let them know as someone will have not clicked a button somewhere to finalise the order.

@koalakoala Just did a quick test with the App (Android ver 5.48.0) for the speed test, does appear to be working, 2 stage operation, test's the speed to the router, then test's the speed to the device.
If not functional with you device then there may be something else going on with it.
Forgot that you had posted else were on another post, so had a quick look at it, Do not know what router status is for you now, old/new received, setup or were you are currently!!!
Have attached the screenshot so you know what to expect visually when you get it working your end.
