Smart hub pro wan dropouts

 any one having multiple very short dropouts every device drops out

Is it even humanly possible to put it before the router lol suppose it takes all sorts to make the world go around 

Its a long time since I had one, but I seemed to remember them wanting it between the modem and router, back in the early VDSL days - and can save that   then again my memory is not what it was!!

If you ever get a chance, save the tech log to a CSV fine and attatch it to a post.

I know you said you did not see much, but with a bit of filtereng on Excel it should be possible to see WAN down messages and the frequency.

Wan logs empty it must be blocked hav u got the smart pro 

that does not seem right, no I don;t have one, but if it is anything like all the other BT based routers in the Advance section there is a Tech log, with an Info status page, and an event log tab. They combined are usually the best source of diagnostic info.
