@Cardiffjamesh    do you notice any issues when you are using the service, or is it just your Samknows reports?

Not sure of the exact details, but has Samknows not stooped the service recently?

Everything drops sky q box’s etc it’s only short sharp and annoying just u can see the amount I can’t tell it I get 1 drop out or 20 lol

@Cardiffjamesh   Ok, so an easy way to look is to log into the router using the admin details on the card and go to the advanced section and the technical log, the I think the second tab and look through the admin log for dropouts.

Or of course just give the Broadband Care Team a call in the morning.

@Cardiffjamesh    just a thought, where is your Samknows plugged in?

Hopefully not between the ONT and Router!
