I'm trying to separate the 2.4 and 5 ghz channels, as in, give them separate SSIDs. How do I do that with this router?

With the white EE Smart Router, unlike the black EE Smart Hub, you cannot separate the wireless bands/SSIDs. The most you can do is on the Advanced > Wireless Settings page to temporarily disable the 5 GHz band & move off the Smart channel while connecting problematic 2.4 GHz devices.

How do you get into the advanced settings on a mobile device?

@Chridball   For what router ?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Chridball : The Advanced Settings discussed above are on a fixed BB router not a mobile router. What are you trying to do?
